Welcome to Eleven06 Photography. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and photography services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Service Agreement
- By booking our photography services, you agree to these Terms of Service
- A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking
- Services are provided according to the package details in your booking agreement
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
- These terms apply to all photography services, consultations, and deliverables
Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% is required to secure your booking date
- Final payment is due 7 days before the scheduled session or event
- Late payments may result in delayed delivery of photos or cancellation
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods
- All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated
- Taxes and additional fees will be clearly stated in your invoice
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability)
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event forfeit the full deposit
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled date
- Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions is handled on a case-by-case basis
- Emergency cancellations will be reviewed individually
- We reserve the right to cancel and provide full refund in case of unforeseen circumstances
Image Rights & Usage
- All photographs remain the intellectual property of Eleven06 Photography
- You receive a personal use license for delivered images
- Commercial use of images requires written permission and additional licensing
- We retain the right to use photos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
- You may request to opt-out of promotional use at any time
- Image manipulation or editing by third parties requires our consent
- Copyright watermarks must not be removed or altered
Delivery Timeline
We strive to deliver your edited photographs within the following timeframes:
- Wedding Photography: 4-6 weeks from event date
- Portrait Sessions: 2-3 weeks from session date
- Event Coverage: 2-4 weeks from event date
- Sneak Peeks: 48-72 hours for select images
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Peak season (May-October) may extend delivery times.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details, timeline, and special requests in advance
- Ensure adequate lighting and access to locations for photography
- Obtain necessary permissions for photography at venues
- Inform guests about photography and obtain consent where required
- Download and backup images from the online gallery within the access period
Liability & Limitations
While we take every precaution to ensure excellent service:
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue restrictions, etc.)
- Equipment failure is mitigated through backup systems, but we cannot guarantee specific shots
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We maintain professional liability insurance for your protection
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with UK law. Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in London, United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Existing contracts will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
